I used these batteries because I required a relatively low current drain over as long a period as possible. The application is as a short term UPS to run a LED lamp during power failures. I created another set of devices (without the inverter) for 12 volt lamps that did not have any available commercial power. Current drain for the 12v regulator is relatively low providing long standby time. Run time for a 60W 12v LED lamp is well over 8 hour on a full charge.

There are so many Chinese fakes out there. The first thing I did was weigh the batteries and charge them. The weight was right in line with Japanese 18650s. As soon as the Chinese batteries currently in my headlamp die, I will use the 25Rs and be able to compare life. I temporarily docked them one start until I use them.

Battery is great but don’t use in high powered vapes guys, you are testing your luck! Above around 40 watts it gets super hot which is very dangerous Lithium batteries, plus there’s a warning stating to never use in vapes
